Job Summary
We are seeking highly skilled and passionate React professionals to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands\-on expertise in React.js, modern front\-end technologies, cloud\-based application development, and AI\-assisted coding tools. The role involves designing and developing scalable, enterprise\-grade web applications while collaborating with cross\-functional teams to deliver high\-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive, and high\-performance web applications using React.js.
- Build reusable UI components and front\-end libraries for future use.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, product owners, and QA teams to deliver robust solutions.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
- Integrate REST APIs, third\-party services, and backend systems efficiently.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Implement best practices for front\-end architecture, coding standards, and security.
- Utilize AI\-assisted development tools such as Cursor AI and GitHub Copilot to improve development productivity.
- Contribute to CI/CD processes and deployment automation.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience for Senior React Developer and 7–10 years for Lead React Engineer.
- Strong expertise in:
- React.js
- JavaScript (ES6\+)
- TypeScript
- HTML5
- CSS3
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or Zustand.
- Exposure to Node.js.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and API integration.
- Experience working with MSSQL databases.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Hands\-on experience with Azure services, including:
- Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Next.js and micro\-frontend architecture.
- Knowledge of Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as:
- Jest
- Cypress
- React Testing Library
- Exposure to AngularJS.
- Basic understanding of GraphQL.
- Strong problem\-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
