We are looking for a proactive, organized, and relationship\-driven professional to join our team as a Lead Management \& Account Coordinator. The ideal Candidate must have strong follow up nature. This role is completely based on following up the clients.
We already generate leads through our marketing campaigns, content initiatives, outbound efforts, and business development activities. The selected candidate will be responsible for nurturing these opportunities, maintaining follow\-up discipline, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth progression of leads through the sales pipeline.
Our primary focus market is Saudi Arabia, where we have an on\-ground representative. This role will work closely with him to manage lead engagement, meeting coordination, opportunity tracking, and execution.
- **Key Responsibilities***
- Manage and nurture inbound and existing business leads.
- Engage with prospects through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other professional channels.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and business representatives.
- Maintain accurate lead tracking and follow\-up records.
- Ensure timely communication and movement of opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate closely with the Saudi Arabia\-based representative for lead management and account activities.
- Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure action items are completed on time.
- Maintain CRM systems and sales activity records.
- Support business expansion initiatives into additional international markets.

- Occasional business travel to Saudi Arabia may be required based on project and business requirements.
