AKV Buildcon Private Limited is a growing real estate company engaged in residential plots\-Yamuna Expressway (near Noida International Airport) and in Dholera\-Green Field Smart City (near Ahmedabad Gujarat, investment projects, and land development opportunities. We are looking for energetic and target\-oriented Sales Executives to join our expanding team.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Generate leads through calling, references, digital platforms, and site visits.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide project information.
• Conduct site visits and client meetings.
• Maintain regular follow\-up with prospective clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by management.
• Coordinate with CRM and management teams for client documentation.
• Maintain proper client database and sales records.
• Build long\-term relationships with customers.
• Participate in marketing activities, campaigns, and promotional events.
• Prepare daily sales reports and activity updates.

• *Required Skills**

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of real estate sales.
• Ability to work under targets and pressure.
• Positive attitude and professional personality.
• Two\-wheeler Preferred
• Hindi communication mandatory; basic English preferred.
