• *Job Title: Senior Sales Executive**

• *Job Summary** CSK HOMES is looking for a dynamic and target\-driven Senior Sales Executive with at least 3 years of experience in residential real estate sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be customer\-focused, and possess a proven ability to generate sales and achieve targets.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, and site visits.**
• Handle customer inquiries and explain project features and pricing.
• Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Follow up with leads until closure.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• **Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.**
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversions.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

• *Requirements**

• **Minimum 3 year of experience in real estate sales.**
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Good knowledge of **CRM tools** and Microsoft Office.
• Must possess a customer\-oriented approach.
