• *ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a **Revenue Scout** at Props Aura, you will be the frontline engine of our sales operations — driving tele\-calling, booking customer appointments, and coordinating property site visits. This role is built for **relentless go\-getters** who thrive on conversations, closures, and commissions.

• *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

• Handle high\-volume inbound and outbound tele\-calling to qualify and engage potential property buyers
• Generate leads and maintain a healthy pipeline through consistent, structured follow\-ups
• Book appointments and schedule property site visits for interested customers
• Escort or coordinate customer visits across project sites in Kolkata and Siliguri
• Understand customer needs and match them to the right builder projects in our portfolio
• Achieve monthly and quarterly KRAs: call targets, site visit counts, and booking conversions
• Maintain accurate records of leads, call logs, and conversions in the CRM system
• Coordinate with builders and developers for project information, site availability, and deal closures
• Build and nurture long\-term client relationships for referrals and repeat business**KRAS \& PERFORMANCE METRICSWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, tele\-sales, or direct field sales
• Strong spoken communication in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English
• Self\-motivated, target\-driven personality; comfortable with field visits
• Familiarity with Kolkata and Siliguri real estate markets is a strong advantage
• Comfortable using smartphones, WhatsApp, and basic CRM or spreadsheet tools
• Graduate in any discipline; real estate certifications are a bonus
