  • *Job Summary**

We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, builder coordination, client handling, and site visits. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with builders and clients, and ensuring a smooth sales process from inquiry to closure.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Generate leads through references, walk\-ins, networking, and other sales channels.
  • Conduct meetings with builders, developers to develop business relationships.
  • Coordinate with builders regarding project details, pricing, inventory, and offers.
  • Attend client meetings to understand their property requirements and provide suitable options.
  • Schedule and accompany clients for property site visits.
  • Explain project features, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation to clients.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful sales.
  • Negotiate pricing and assist clients throughout the booking process.
  • Maintain regular communication with builders and clients to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Prepare daily sales reports, client visit reports, and follow\-up updates.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for documentation, booking formalities, and post\-sales support.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and new real estate developments.
  • *Required Skills**
  • Good knowledge of the real estate market and residential/commercial projects.
  • Experience in builder meetings and client coordination.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Customer\-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM software is an added advantage.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and property site visits.
  • *Qualification**
  • Graduate in any (MBA/Marketing preferred but not mandatory).
  • *Experience**
  • 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Builder Coordination, or Property Consulting.
  • *Preferred Candidate Profile**
  • Experience in dealing with builders and developers.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong client\-handling and follow\-up skills.
  • Self\-motivated, confident, and target\-driven.
  • Possession of a valid driving license and own vehicle will be an added advantage.
