OPEN POSITIONS. SALES EXECUTIVE – REAL ESTATE

• *What We’re Looking For:**

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and deal\-closing abilities
• Ability to handle client inquiries and site visits
• Target\-driven and motivated to achieve sales goals
• Experience in real estate sales preferred
• Knowledge of the Zirakpur/Tricity real estate market is an advantage

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Handle incoming leads and client inquiries
• Conduct project presentations and site visits
• Follow up with potential customers
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Negotiate and close property deals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

2\. SALES MANAGER – REAL ESTATE

• *What We’re Looking For:**

• Minimum 3–4 years of hands\-on experience in real estate sales (Mandatory)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal\-closing skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to guide, motivate, and drive a sales team
• Target\-driven with a proven history of achieving results
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Local market knowledge of Zirakpur/Tricity preferred

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
• Monitor team performance and achieve sales targets
• Handle high\-value clients and support deal closures
• Develop effective sales strategies
• Ensure proper follow\-up of leads and site visits
• Drive revenue growth and overall project sales
