Real Estate Salesperson

• *1\. Lead Generation \& Client Handling**

• Generate leads through calls, references, online platforms, and personal networking.
• Handle incoming customer enquiries and follow up with potential buyers.
• Understand clients' property requirements, preferences, and budgets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.

• *2\. Property Sales \& Site Visits**

• Explain project details, pricing, floor plans, amenities, and payment plans to customers.
• Arrange and conduct property site visits.
• Present residential and commercial property options according to customer requirements.
• Provide accurate information about projects, locations, and possession timelines.
• Convert prospective clients into confirmed bookings.

• *3\. Sales Conversion \& Negotiation**

• Handle customer objections and queries professionally.
• Negotiate with clients within approved company pricing and policies.
• Follow up regularly with interested customers to close deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with management for pricing approvals and special offers.

• *4\. Client Relationship Management**

• Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers.
• Provide assistance throughout the booking and documentation process.
• Coordinate with the accounts and CRM teams regarding customer payments and booking formalities.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and build long\-term relationships.

• *5\. Reporting \& Documentation**

• Maintain daily records of calls, enquiries, meetings, and site visits.
• Update customer information and follow\-up status in the CRM system.
• Submit daily sales and client interaction reports to the reporting manager.
• Prepare regular sales pipeline and conversion reports.
• Coordinate with the team to achieve overall sales objectives

Pay: ₹24,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
