1\. Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads
2\. Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about projects
3\. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
4\. Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients
5\. Maintain and update CRM records with accurate client data
6\. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
7\. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
