We are looking for a professional and customer\-focused Receptionist / Front Desk Executive to manage front office operations, handle client interactions, coordinate interviews, maintain records, and provide administrative support to the team.
- Attend and manage incoming calls professionally.
- Welcome and assist walk\-in clients and visitors.
- Schedule appointments, interviews, and meetings.
- Maintain visitor records and front desk registers.
- Coordinate interview schedules and candidate follow\-ups.
- Assist in collecting and maintaining employee documentation.
- Manage office correspondence, emails, and courier records.
- Maintain attendance records and support HR\-related documentation.
- Coordinate with different departments for administrative requirements.
- Ensure smooth day\-to\-day front office operations.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, Customer Service Executive, or Admin Executive preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email.
