Key Responsibilities
Greet and direct visitors, handle incoming/outgoing mail.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls; make outbound calls for client follow\-ups and lead generation.
Provide company information via phone, email, or in\-person.
Update customer databases, track call records, and assist sales/marketing with inquiries.
Ensure office security and coordinate with departments for smooth operations.
Qualifications and Skills
High school diploma or bachelor's degree; 0\-2 years in reception or telecalling preferred.
