Role summary
We’re looking for a professional Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. The front office will manage reception duties, appointment scheduling, patient registration, and phone and billing support to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Key responsibilities
Greet patients and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude.
Manage appointments and scheduling (phone, walk\-ins, and online portals).
Register patients, verify personal and insurance details, and maintain accurate records.
Answer incoming calls, respond to queries, and route calls/messages to the appropriate staff.
coordinate with all teams
Generate bills/receipts and coordinate for TPA/insurance as required.
Manage basic data entry, filing, and document scanning.
Support minor inventory tracking
Follow clinic SOPs, confidentiality, and patient privacy protocols.
Qualifications
1–3 years of front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience; healthcare/clinic experience preferred.
Good communication skills in English, Punjabi, and Hindi
Basic computer skills: MS Office.
Pleasant telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills.
Organised, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
