Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organised Receptionist/Front\-End Executive to serve as the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to manage front\-office operations efficiently while providing exceptional support to visitors, students, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

\* Welcome and assist walk\-in candidates, clients, and visitors professionally.

\* Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.

\* Manage front desk operations and maintain the reception area.

\* Schedule appointments, interviews, counselling sessions, and meetings.

\* Coordinate with the HR, Sales, Training, and Operations teams.

\* Maintain visitor records and attendance registers.

\* Handle candidate inquiries regarding courses, interviews, and company services.

\* Follow up with candidates and assist in appointment confirmations.

\* Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors when required.

\* Support administrative activities and documentation.

\* Ensure a positive and professional experience for every visitor.

Required Skills

\* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Telugu (Hindi is an added advantage).

\* Good interpersonal and customer service skills.

\* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

\* Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

\* Professional appearance and positive attitude.

\* Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment.

Qualifications

\* Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc, BCA, or equivalent).

\* Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

\* Prior experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, Customer Support Executive, or Administrator is preferred.
