Role Overview
We are looking for a smart, presentable, and enthusiastic **Receptionist \& Front Office Executive** to be the face of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, welcoming clients, coordinating property visits, handling social media accounts, and ensuring a professional customer experience.
This role is ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills, a customer\-centric approach, and an interest in real estate and digital engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office Management
- Manage the reception area and ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
- Greet and assist walk\-in clients, visitors, and business associates.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate client meetings.
Client Handling \& Property Visits
- Welcome prospective customers and understand their requirements.
- Assist in coordinating and conducting property site visits.
- Provide basic information about available properties and project highlights.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the visit.
Social Media Management
- Manage and update the company's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create and post engaging content, property updates, and promotional activities.
- Respond to social media inquiries and coordinate leads with the sales team.
- Support digital marketing initiatives and brand visibility activities.
Administrative Support
- Maintain visitor records and front office documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office operations.
- Support basic administrative and coordination activities as required.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Presentable personality with a professional appearance.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content posting.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Reception, Front Office, Customer Service, Hospitality, Real Estate, or similar roles.
