The Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers visiting or contacting LM Toyota. The role involves greeting customers, managing incoming calls, directing visitors to relevant departments, and ensuring a professional and customer\-friendly front office environment. The receptionist supports showroom and service operations through effective communication and administrative assistance.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Welcome and greet showroom and service customers professionally.
• Attend incoming phone calls and transfer them to the concerned department/person.
• Maintain visitor and customer records at the reception desk.
• Coordinate customer appointments and provide basic information.
• Guide customers to Sales, Service, Insurance, or other departments.
• Inform concerned staff when customers or visitors arrive.
• Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area.
• Handle courier, mail, and basic front office documentation.
• Support administrative and coordination activities as assigned.
• Ensure excellent customer service and positive customer experience at all times.

• *Required Skills**

• Good communication skills in Telugu, English (preferred)
• Pleasant personality and customer\-oriented approach
• Telephone handling and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Email)
• Professional grooming and presentation
• Ability to multitask and coordinate with departments
• Positive attitude and teamwork skills

• *Qualification**

• Any Graduate / Intermediate (preferred)
• Experience in Reception / Front Office / Customer Service preferred
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

• *Experience**

• 0–2 years preferred
• Automobile dealership experience will be an added advantage.

• *Working Conditions**

• Full\-time role
• showroom timing as per dealership operations(9:30 am to 6:30 pm)
