• *About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented **Recovery Manager** to manage collection activities, lead the recovery team, and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments. The candidate should have strong market knowledge, good communication and negotiation skills, and a hands\-on approach to recovery operations.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage and monitor the recovery and collection team to achieve assigned targets.
• Plan and execute recovery strategies for overdue accounts and outstanding payments.
• Monitor team performance, recovery targets, and daily collection reports.
• Identify high\-risk and overdue accounts and take appropriate recovery actions.
• Develop and maintain strong market contacts and customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve business performance and collection efficiency.
• Analyze market conditions and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure all recovery activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.

• *Required Skills and Qualifications**

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in collections, recovery, and collection team handling.
• Experience in sales and marketing will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and recovery operations.
• Proven ability to manage a team and achieve collection targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem\-solving skills.
• Target\-oriented, proactive, and passionate about recovery operations.
• Strong experience in vehicle finance, banking, or NBFCs will be preferred.
