We are looking for a proactive and results\-oriented **Recruiter** with experience hiring across the US, UK, and Australian markets to join our HR team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end\-to\-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
• Source and hire candidates across the **US, UK, and Australian markets** for technical, digital marketing, sales, and other business functions.
• Identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, professional networks, and headhunting.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' experience, communication skills, salary expectations, and suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and international stakeholders across different time zones.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Manage candidate follow\-ups, offer discussions, and joining confirmations.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and regular hiring reports.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and recruitment timelines.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Proven experience in **international recruitment across the US, UK, and Australian markets**.
• Hands\-on experience in end\-to\-end recruitment and direct candidate sourcing.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean Search, and other sourcing techniques.
• Experience hiring for IT, digital marketing, sales, or agency\-related roles.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet recruitment deadlines.
• Understanding of international hiring practices, time zones, and candidate expectations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment tracking systems.
• Ability to work independently in a fast\-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with digital marketing agencies, IT companies, or international recruitment firms.
• Experience hiring remote employees and independent contractors.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes in the US, UK, and Australia.
• Experience coordinating directly with international hiring managers.

Someone who is **proactive, resourceful, target\-driven, and confident in managing international recruitment independently**, with strong sourcing skills and the ability to close positions efficiently.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000\.00 per month
