Job Description
- *Position:** Recruiter
- *Location:** Kalinga Vihar, Bhubaneswar
- *Experience:** Fresher / Experienced Candidates Can Apply
- *Shift:** Day Shift
- *Work Mode:** Onsite (WFO)
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship\-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment.
- Good organizational and time\-management skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and job portals is an added advantage.
- Any Graduate or MBA (HR) preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work from the office in Kalinga Vihar, Bhubaneswar.
