We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience in high\-volume BPO hiring to join our growing team. If you are passionate about talent acquisition and can independently manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, we'd love to hear from you.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Handle offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain hiring reports.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience while meeting hiring targets.

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in BPO hiring.
• Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
