Key Responsibilities
- Hire and onboard **delivery partners** for last\-mile delivery operations.
- Ensure **daily availability** of delivery partners to meet operational needs.
- Act quickly to **replace** delivery partners in case of urgent requirements or absences.
- Maintain a **pipeline of candidates** to ensure consistent coverage.
- Coordinate with the **operations team** to understand manpower requirements and deployment schedules.
Requirements
- Prior experience in **recruitment or fleet management** preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
