• *Job Summary**

We are seeking a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and coordination skills to manage the **end\-to\-end recruitment** process across the organization. The role involves identifying, attracting and on\-boarding suitable candidates through field\-level recruitment activities. The role involves visiting local areas, conducting candidate sourcing, coordinating interviews, and supporting the end\-to\-end recruitment process.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Source candidates through Job Portals, references, job fairs and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with shortlisted candidates.
• Maintain a database of candidates and update recruitment records regularly.
• Coordinate with the HR team for candidate onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with local communities and candidate networks.
• Ensure candidates complete required documentation and joining formalities.
• Track candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.

• *Required Skills**

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have a good experience in technical/Sales/Customer service hiring.
• Strong convincing and networking ability.
• Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and recruitment applications.
• Local\-area knowledge and a strong candidate network will be an advantage.

• *Eligibility\-** Management Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
