1\. Client Consultation \& Strategy

• **Analyzing Job Requirements:** Partnering with hiring managers to understand the exact skills, experience, and **cultural fit** required for the role.
• **Market Intelligence:** Researching the local talent pool, keeping up with salary trends, and advising clients on realistic hiring expectations.

2\. Sourcing \& Candidate Engagement

• **Headhunting:** Utilizing social media, job boards (e.g., LinkedIn or Indeed), and professional networks to find active and passive candidates.
• **Pipeline Management:** Building and maintaining a database of qualified professionals for current and future openings.
• **Outreach:** Pitching job opportunities clearly to prospective hires, detailing the role, compensation, and location.

3\. Screening \& Interviewing

• **Resume Review:** Filtering applications to verify qualifications and experience.
• **Initial Assessments:** Conducting preliminary phone or video interviews to evaluate soft skills, availability, and alignment with the company's goals.
• **Shortlisting:** Presenting a curated list of top\-tier candidates to the client for final consideration.

4\. Facilitating the Offer \& Onboarding

• **Interview Coordination:** Scheduling interviews between the client and the candidate and collecting post\-interview feedback.
• **Offer Negotiation:** Acting as the intermediary to negotiate salaries, perks, and start dates.
• **Onboarding Support:** Facilitating communication during the transition and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for the new hire

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹100,000\.00 per month
