We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Recruiter to join our client's dynamic Human Resources team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life\-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer management, for the scholarship vertical of the client's organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of attracting top talent, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and contributing to a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will be adept at utilizing various sourcing strategies, leveraging technology, and providing data\-driven insights to optimize recruitment efforts.

#### **Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process for multiple requisitions simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs, develop comprehensive job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach, to identify and attract high\-quality candidates.
• Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviews to assess skills, experience, cultural fit, and overall potential.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and professional interactions.
• Advise hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
• Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date candidate records and recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies.
• Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes.
