• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.)
• Available for a minimum of 3 months

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Source and screen candidates through job portals
• Call candidates and explain job opportunities
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
• Support the recruitment team in daily hiring activities
• Learn the complete recruitment lifecycle

• *Skills Required:**

• Good communication \& interpersonal skills
• Basic organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• *Performance\-Based Stipend Structure:**

• 0 – 4 Successful Joinings – **No Stipend**
• 5 – 8 Successful Joinings – **₹3,000**
• 9 – 12 Successful Joinings – **₹5,000**
• 13 – 15 Successful Joinings – **₹7,500**
• 16 – 29 Successful Joinings – **₹10,000**
