About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented **Recruiter (Non\-IT)** with 1\-2 years of recruitment experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various non\-technical roles across the organization. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for Non\-IT positions
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Meet recruitment targets and turnaround time (TAT) requirements.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics for management review.

Required Qualifications.

• 1\-2 years of experience in Non\-IT recruitment.
• Experience working with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn,Shine etc.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and interview techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
