Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with 2\.5 years of experience in end\-to\-end recruitment, preferably with exposure to technical and niche hiring. The candidate should be proficient in sourcing, screening, candidate evaluation, interview coordination, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment activities, from requirement understanding to candidate onboarding.
• Source candidates through all recruitment channels.
• Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills, experience, and role requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, notice period, current CTC, and expected CTC.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients, ensuring timely feedback and follow\-ups.
• Maintain candidate trackers, recruitment MIS, and pipeline reports.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database for current and future requirements.
• Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and support offer closure and joining formalities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Meet recruitment targets and turnaround time expectations.

Required Skills

• 2\.5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably technical recruitment.
• Hands\-on experience with job portals.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to understand technical job descriptions and identify relevant talent.
• Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹12,000\.00 per month
