• Source relevant candidates through personal networks, databases, job portals and professional platforms.
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
• Submit quality and relevant profiles within the agreed timelines.
• Maintain regular follow\-ups with candidates and clients.
• Ensure candidates are genuinely interested and available for the opportunities.
• Maintain proper candidate records and recruitment updates.
