Job Description

Source Trace Consulting is looking for a dedicated and result\-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team on a full\-time, work\-from\-home basis.

This opportunity is particularly suitable for experienced recruiters, homemakers, and professionals returning to work after a career break who are looking to restart or continue their careers in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for assigned positions.
• Source relevant candidates through **Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn**, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate discussions, and shortlist suitable profiles.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates until joining.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Work towards consistent closures and meet assigned hiring targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum **2 years of hands\-on recruitment experience**.
• Practical experience using Naukri, Shine, and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Good communication, screening, and follow\-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage recruitment deadlines.
• A disciplined, consistent, and target\-oriented approach.
