We are hiring for the position of **Recruiter (Staffing)** at our Pimpri, Pune location.

• *Position:** Recruiter (Staffing)
• *Experience:** 0–3 Years
• *Location:** Pimpri, Pune
• *Industry:** Staffing / Recruitment / Automotive Engineering

• *Key Responsibilities:**

· Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for engineering and technical positions.

· Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and references.

· Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

· Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.

· Manage salary negotiations, offer closures, and onboarding.

· Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.

· Achieve recruitment targets within defined turnaround times (TAT).

• *Required Skills:**

· Experience in staffing or consultancy recruitment.

· Automotive engineering recruitment experience is preferred.

· Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

· Hands\-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, MS Excel, and Microsoft Office.

· Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
