• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter / Talent Acquisition professional with at least 2 years of recruitment experience in the banking or BPO industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end\-to\-end recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer rollout.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions in coordination with hiring managers.
• Conduct initial screening and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and role suitability.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage salary negotiations, offer releases, and candidate follow\-ups until joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and regular hiring reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in the **banking or BPO industry** is preferred.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment skills.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring deadlines.
• Proficiency in recruitment portals, LinkedIn, and MS Excel.

Pay: Up to ₹700,000\.00 per year
