As we continue to scale our teams across sales, tech, and operations, we are looking to strengthen our talent acquisition function with a dedicated Recruiter who can bring the right people into the right roles at the right time.

• *Role Overview:**

We are looking for a dynamic and detail\-oriented Recruiter who can manage end\-to\-end hiring processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. The ideal candidate should understand modern hiring practices, be comfortable with fast\-paced recruitment cycles, and have a strong instinct for identifying talent that fits both skill and culture.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for various roles across departments
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
• Ensure smooth onboarding process for selected candidates
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool for future hiring needs
• Support employer branding initiatives when required
• Ensure timely closure of positions within defined deadlines

• *Qualification \& Skills:**

✔ Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

✔ 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition preferred

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Good understanding of hiring platforms and sourcing techniques

✔ Ability to multitask and manage multiple job openings

✔ Strong negotiation and coordination skills

✔ Freshers with strong interest in HR and hiring may also apply
