- *Job Title:** Recruiter (IT \& Non\-IT) – Work from Office
- *Location**: Ramanthapur, Hyderabad
- *Experience Required:** Minimum 6 Months in Recruitment (IT and/or Non\-IT)
- *Language Requirement:** English \& Hindi (Compulsory)
- Full\-cycle recruitment for non\-IT roles.
Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Coordinating interviews and managing candidate experience.Leading and mentoring recruitment team members (if applicable).Building strong networks with candidates and clients.- Proven experience in non\-IT recruitment.
- Experience in handling or leading a recruitment team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
