• *Role: HR Recruiter – End\-to\-End Recruitment**

Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and result\-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring timely closure of open positions across the organization.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for various positions, including real estate sales and non\-sales roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
• Negotiate salary packages, release offer letters, and ensure timely joining. Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Ensure regular follow\-ups with selected candidates to minimize offer dropouts and no\-shows.
• Coordinate pre\-joining formalities, document collection, and employee onboarding.
• Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of vacancies.

• *Requirements Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in end\-to\-end recruitment; real estate recruitment experience will be preferred.**

• *Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines, Proficiency in job portals, MS Excel, and recruitment tracking.**

• *Preferred Experience: 1–3 years in recruitment.**

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
