Job Responsibilities

• Find and recruit labourers according to the company's manpower requirements.
• Visit local areas, labour markets, and other locations to find suitable workers.
• Contact labourers and explain job responsibilities, salary, and working conditions.
• Coordinate with labourers regarding joining dates and reporting to the factory.
• Maintain records of recruited workers and their joining details.
• Coordinate with the HR department to fulfil daily manpower requirements.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure they join the company on time.

Requirements

• Minimum 10th or 12th pass preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for labour recruitment.
• Ability to communicate with workers and maintain good relationships.
• Responsible, hardworking, and target\-oriented.

Salary \& Benefits
