- *Role Overview**
The Head of Recruitment will lead the strategic talent acquisition roadmap for a (FMCG) company. This role demands a strong focus on mass\-hiring for sales forces, leadership hiring for commercial teams, and building a strong employer brand to attract top\-tier FMCG professionals.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- **Talent Strategy:** Develop and execute innovative, multi\-channel sourcing and recruitment strategies to support rapid business expansion and high\-volume hiring (e.g., General Trade, Modern Trade, and supply chain).
- **Leadership Hiring:** Partner directly with the CHRO and business unit heads to identify, attract, and onboard critical senior leadership roles, including Regional Sales Managers and Brand Heads.
- **Employer Branding:** Spearhead employer branding initiatives in the regional market to position the company as an Employer of Choice for FMCG talent.
- **Vendor Management:** Oversee relationships with recruitment agencies, headhunters, and job boards to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified talent.
- **Process Optimization:** Monitor recruitment metrics (Time\-to\-Fill, Cost\-per\-Hire, Quality of Hire) to streamline hiring workflows and implement advanced Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- **Diversity \& Inclusion:** Champion diversity hiring initiatives to ensure talent acquisition practices reflect the diverse consumer base.
- *Qualifications \& Requirements**
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA in HR is strongly preferred.
- **Experience:** 10 to 15\+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with at least 5 years leading recruitment teams in the FMCG, Retail, or Consumer Durables industry.
- **FMCG Knowledge:** In\-depth understanding of FMCG\-specific talent landscapes, including trade marketing, distribution management networks, and supply chain operations.
- **Competencies:** Exceptional stakeholder management, vendor negotiation, and data\-driven decision\-making skills.
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
