Recruitment & HR Coordinator (Office-Based)

• *About the Role**

VJM Global Tree Private Limited, a dynamic and fast\-growing staffing agency, is seeking a highly motivated and organised Recruitment \& HR Coordinator to join our team in Kacheripady, Kochi. We currently provide professional staffing solutions to more than four major healthcare agencies across the UK. In this role, you will be the bridge between our operations in India and the UK healthcare sector. You will act as a primary point of contact, ensuring that our recruitment, HR, and shift allocation processes are managed with precision and excellence.

• *shift Timings**

Day shift \- 10\.30 AM \- 7\.30 PM

mid shift \- 12\.30 PM \- 9\.30 PM

Night shift \- 07\.30 PM \- 4\.30 AM

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Client \& Staff Liaison: You will be required to communicate fluently and professionally in English with care home managers in the UK to understand their staffing requirements, as well as with our healthcare staff to ensure shifts are covered.
• Staff Onboarding: Facilitating the full onboarding process for new hires, including rigorous document verification and compliance checks.
• HR Administration: Managing employee records, contracts, and assisting with general HR documentation for our diverse portfolio of UK clients.
• Shift Allocation \& Coordination: Managing complex shift schedules across multiple UK\-based agencies, ensuring that all client needs are met with reliability and speed.
• Recruitment Support: Assisting in the end\-to\-end recruitment lifecycle, from screening candidates to managing application pipelines

• *What We Are Looking For**

• Exceptional Communication: You must possess fluent and articulate English (written and verbal). You will be representing our agency to UK\-based managers, so a professional, confident, and polite manner is essential.
• Immediate Starters: We are looking for candidates who can join our team immediately.
• In\-Office Availability: This is a strictly office\-based position. Candidates must be able to commute to our office in Kacheripady daily.
• Freshers Welcome: We value potential and a strong work ethic. Full, comprehensive training on our systems and UK care standards will be provided to the right candidates.
• Detail\-Oriented \& Organised: You will be handling data for multiple agencies simultaneously; high attention to detail and the ability to multitask are critical.
• Tech\-Proficiency: Comfortable using computers, email, and internal scheduling systems.
