Recruitment In\-Charge – Automotive

  • *Role Summary**

The Recruitment In\-Charge is responsible for managing the end\-to\-end recruitment process for the automotive dealership/network. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring timely closure of manpower requirements while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for sales, service, support, and corporate positions.
  • Understand manpower requirements and prepare recruitment plans with department heads.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultancies, campus drives, and walk\-in interviews.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions within the defined hiring timeline.
  • Maintain an active candidate database and talent pipeline for future vacancies.
  • Prepare offer letters and coordinate the onboarding process.
  • Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate, and cost per hire.
  • Build relationships with colleges, training institutes, and recruitment partners.
  • Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and documentation requirements.
  • Prepare periodic recruitment MIS and hiring reports for management.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

Preferred Experience

  • Knowledge of hiring for roles such as Sales Executives, Service Advisors, Technicians, Customer Relationship Executives (CREs), Front Office Executives (FOEs), Drivers, and Managerial positions

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹22,000\.00 \- ₹28,000\.00 per month
