- *Job Title: Recruitment Intern**
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented **Recruitment Intern** to support our Talent Acquisition team.
This internship is ideal for someone looking to gain hands‑on experience in **end‑to‑end recruitment**, especially for our IT roles, while working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines.
- **Draft and post job descriptions** for open roles on LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, Naukri, and other relevant platforms.
- **Source and screen applications** to shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements.
- **Conduct initial phone screenings** to assess candidate fit, communication skills, interest, and availability.
- **Coordinate and schedule interviews**, aligning candidate and hiring manager availability.
- **Maintain recruitment trackers/ATS**, ensuring updated and accurate candidate pipelines.
- **Support offer rollout and role closure**, including candidate follow‑ups and basic documentation handling.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹5,000\.00 \- ₹10,000\.00 per month
