Recruitment Manager

• *Recruitment Manager** leads an organization's talent acquisition strategy, managing full\-cycle hiring and overseeing a team of recruiters to find, evaluate, and hire top talent.

• Develop and execute long\-term recruitment strategies that match company growth goals and budgets.
• **Team Leadership:** Manage, mentor, and supervise recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.
• **Collaboration:** Partner closely with department heads and hiring managers to define role requirements and skill sets.
• **Full\-Cycle Oversight:** Oversee job postings, active sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
• **Metrics \& Analytics:** Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time\-to\-fill, cost\-per\-hire, and quality of hire using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• **Employer Branding \& Pipelines:** Build proactive talent pools and promote the company culture across multiple channels.
• **Compliance:** Ensure all hiring practices follow local labor laws and equal employment opportunity regulations.
• **Required Skills \& Qualifications**
• **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology.
• **Experience:** Good experience in end to end recruitment cycle working for construction and manufacturing companies across India
• **Technical Proficiency:** Hands\-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR databases, and sourcing platforms.
• **Soft Skills:** Strong communication, negotiation, problem\-solving, and cross\-functional leadership abilities.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
