We are seeking a high\-caliber, strategic **Recruitment Manager** to lead our Talent Acquisition engine across India. In this critical role, you will take complete ownership of building our corporate leadership, high\-performance sales, and strategic marketing teams. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business strategy and talent pipelines, sourcing top\-tier professionals who understand cath labs, medical device commercialization, and corporate governance. This role requires a blend of executive search sophistication, data\-driven recruitment mapping, and aggressive headhunting capabilities.
- *Strategic Talent Mapping \& Sourcing**
- **Pan\-India Commercial Sourcing:** Build a robust, proactive pipeline for the Sales \& Marketing division, tracking top performers from competitor medical device, pharma, and healthcare companies across key Indian clusters.
- **Executive \& Leadership Hiring:** Lead the end\-to\-end executive search process for senior management, C\-suite, and specialized technical leadership roles, maintaining a high\-touch, premium candidate experience.
- **Agile Headhunting:** Move beyond standard job boards; actively leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, clinical/industry networks, and professional forums to map out passive talent.
- *Business Partnership \& Stakeholder Management**
- **Advisory Role:** Partner closely with Founders, Business Heads, and the Sales Leadership team to understand regional market dynamics and headcount requirements.
- **JD Calibration:** Conduct thorough intake meetings to define core competencies, align expectations, and create compelling mandates for complex positions.
- *Operational Excellence \& Metrics**
- **Cycle\-Time Optimization:** Own and optimize recruitment metrics, including Time\-to\-Hire, Cost\-per\-Hire, Quality of Hire, and Source Mix.
- **Vendor \& Budget Management:** Evaluate, onboard, and manage specialized executive search firms and consultants, ensuring strict adherence to delivery timelines and cost\-efficiencies.
- **ATS \& Data Integrity:** Maintain immaculate data hygiene within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to provide regular, real\-time analytics to the executive leadership team.
- *Employer Branding \& Candidate Experience**
- **Positioning S3V:** Position S3V as an employer of choice within the Indian MedTech ecosystem, communicating our vision, scale\-up trajectory, and impact on patient care.
- **Process Excellence:** Ensure a seamless, transparent, and respectful onboarding journey for all candidates, from the first contact through offer negotiation and integration.
- *Required Skills \& Competencies**
- **Experience:** 10–15 years of intensive corporate recruitment or executive search experience. **A minimum of 5–8 years strictly within the Medical Device, MedTech, or Pharmaceutical industries is mandatory.**
- **Domain Expertise:** Proven track record of successfully closing high\-value commercial roles (Area/National Sales Managers, Product Managers, Marketing Heads) and leadership roles (Directors, Function Heads).
- **Network:** An established, active network of professionals within the Indian healthcare commercial ecosystem.
- **Education:** **An MBA or Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources is strongly preferred.**
- **Negotiation \& Acumen:** Exceptional negotiation skills with a deep understanding of corporate compensation structuring,
- **Soft Skills:** High business acumen, exceptional articulation, resilience, and a high\-ownership mindset capable of managing ambiguous, fast\-paced scale\-up environments.
