About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and confident Recruitment Specialist with hands\-on experience in IT and Non\-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should understand the **business importance of hiring the right talent aligned with business requirements and company growth objectives**. The candidate should be passionate about recruitment, eager to learn, and capable of building a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end IT and Non\-IT recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand business requirements and identify candidates with the right skills, attitude, and cultural fit.
• Align hiring decisions with business goals, team requirements, and company growth plans.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Build and maintain a ready\-to\-use candidate pipeline for current and upcoming vacancies.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Support HR Generalist activities, including onboarding, attendance, employee documentation, and HR operations.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely closure of vacancies.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• 1–4 years of hands\-on experience in IT and Non\-IT recruitment.
• Basic knowledge of HR Generalist activities and HR operations.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
• Ability to understand business needs and identify the right candidates for organisational growth.
• Strong sourcing skills and the ability to build talent pipelines.
• Proactive, organised, confident, and eager to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements independently.
