• *Shift Hours: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM or 7PM to 4PM)**

• *Duration: Full Time/ Permanent**

• *Salary: Rs. 3 Lac to 6 Lac per Annum (Based on Experience and Skill level)**

You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and helping our clients hire top talent across North America. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, target\-oriented, and passionate about recruitment and people engagement.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Source candidates through job portals, databases, references, and networking
• Screen, shortlist, and submit qualified candidates for open positions
• Conduct pre\-screening and initial interview calls
• Build and maintain long\-term candidate relationships
• Work efficiently in a fast\-paced, metrics\-driven environment
• Meet hiring deadlines and client expectations consistently
• Coordinate with internal recruitment teams and hiring managers

• *Required Qualifications**

• 0 to 4 years of experience in International Recruitment/Voice Process.
• International voice process experience is mandatory
• Must currently reside in Ahmedabad (No outstation hiring / No relocation)
• Graduate/Diploma holders preferred; relevant experience will also be considered
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong learning attitude with long\-term career goals
• Self\-motivated with the ability to work independently
