• *Role Overview**

Knowtifics Technologies is seeking experienced **Red Hat OpenShift Engineers** involving the design, deployment, configuration and ongoing support of a production\-grade.

The ideal candidate must have strong hands\-on experience with **OpenShift Container Platform (OCP), disconnected installations, OpenShift Data Foundation (ODF), cluster networking, security and Day\-2 operations**.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, install and configure Red Hat OpenShift 4\.x on bare\-metal infrastructure using Agent\-Based / IPI installation methods.
• Implement restricted\-network/disconnected installations, including bastion host and mirror registry configuration.
• Configure and manage OpenShift Data Foundation (ODF), persistent storage and OADP backup and recovery.
• Configure cluster networking, including VLANs, LACP, OVN\-Kubernetes, MetalLB/BGP, ingress and load balancing.
• Implement RBAC, SCC, identity integration, certificates, security hardening and network policies.
• Configure monitoring, logging, resource quotas and workload isolation.
• Perform cluster health checks, high\-availability testing, node\-failure recovery, upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Provide L2/L3 operational support, incident management, patching and vulnerability remediation.
• Prepare technical documentation, HLD/LLD, installation guides, operational runbooks and handover documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, network teams, application vendors and customer stakeholders.

Required Technical Skills

• **Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP 4\.x)** – Advanced administration and troubleshooting.
• **Bare\-Metal OpenShift Deployment** – Compact three\-node cluster architecture.
• **Disconnected Installation** – Agent\-Based / IPI, image mirroring and private registries.
• **Storage \& Backup** – ODF, OADP, persistent volumes and storage recovery.
• **Networking** – OVN\-Kubernetes, VLANs, LACP, MetalLB/BGP, DNS, ingress and load balancing.
• **Security** – RBAC, SCC, certificates, security hardening and network policies.
• **Operations** – Cluster monitoring, logging, upgrades, patching, troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• **Operating Systems** – Strong Linux/RHEL administration experience.

Certification \& Preferred Experience

• **Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration (EX280\)** – Preferred for Lead and Care Engineer roles.
• Experience delivering production\-grade bare\-metal OpenShift implementations.
• Experience supporting telecom or enterprise production environments.
• Experience with high\-availability architecture, disaster recovery and capacity planning.
• Strong technical documentation and English communication skills.
