Regional Head HR

The HR Generalist – Regional Head will be responsible for managing and overseeing the complete HR and Admin function across SHM Group's Kolkata\-based business operations.

The role will act as the regional HR leader and strategic HR partner to business heads, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies, workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, statutory compliance, payroll coordination and HR operations.

The incumbent will ensure consistency in HR practices across business verticals while addressing location\-specific operational and workforce requirements in alignment with the corporate HR strategy.

Educational Qualifications\- Minimum Graduation

Experience\- Minimum 10yrs as HR Generalist in good manufacturing or Shipping Company
