Cindrebay School of Design is looking for a mature, disciplined and highly organised professional to join our Head Office as **Senior Manager – Operations**.
This is a key leadership role for ensuring that the day\-to\-day operations of the institution run smoothly, efficiently and with minimum errors or escalations. The person will work closely with the Executive Director and coordinate with branch heads, academic teams, administrative teams, finance, HR and other departments to make sure that the systems and processes of the institution are followed properly across all campuses.

The Senior Manager – Operations will be expected to uphold this tradition, strengthen the internal systems, raise the standards of institutional functioning and help the organisation achieve greater efficiency, consistency and stakeholder satisfaction.
The Senior Manager – Operations will be responsible for overseeing and improving the operational functioning of the institution across the Head Office and branch campuses.
The role will include
- Ensuring smooth and efficient day\-to\-day operations across departments and campuses.
- Monitoring whether institutional policies, procedures and systems are properly followed.
- Coordinating with branch heads and department leaders to resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
- Identifying gaps in processes and suggesting practical improvements.
- Ensuring timely reporting, documentation, follow\-up and closure of pending matters.
- Supporting the Executive Director in HR, finance, administration and operational coordination.
- Making sure that student, parent, staff and stakeholder concerns are handled with care, maturity and responsibility.
- Preventing avoidable escalations by ensuring timely communication and corrective action.
- Maintaining high standards of discipline, punctuality, accountability and professional conduct within the system.
- Reviewing operational performance of different branches and helping them improve efficiency.
- Ensuring that all academic and administrative support systems work in alignment with the institution’s larger goals.

This position requires someone who can combine warmth with firmness, empathy with discipline, and speed with accuracy.
- *Experience \& Qualification**
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Management, Administration, HR, Operations or a related field.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in operations, administration or institutional management.
- Prior experience in an educational institution, training organisation, university, multi\-branch institution or service\-based organisation will be preferred.
- Experience in handling teams, branches, student services, administrative systems and stakeholder communication will be an added advantage.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, reporting systems and basic operational dashboards.
The performance of the Senior Manager – Operations will be assessed mainly on:
- Operational efficiency across the institution.
- Reduction in complaints, errors and escalations.
- Timely closure of pending matters.
- Better coordination between Head Office and branch campuses.
- Improved discipline in reporting, documentation and follow\-up.
- Higher satisfaction among students, parents, staff and other stakeholders.
- Stronger systems and smoother institutional functioning.
- Contribution towards the overall growth and reputation of Cindrebay.
