Regional Operations Manager

\*Role Overview\*

We are seeking a dynamic, result\-oriented, and highly experienced \*Regional Operations Manager (North)\* to lead and scale our Fruits \& Vegetables (F\&V) supply chain and operations. Based out of \*Lucknow, you will have dual responsibility: directly managing Lucknow’s hyper\-local operations while strategically overseeing and expanding our footprint across the \*\*Pan\-North region\* (including Delhi\-NCR).

This is a mid\-senior leadership role requiring a blend of strategic multi\-city management, robust team\-building capabilities, and deep operational expertise in the fast\-paced Quick Commerce or perishable goods ecosystem.

\#\# \*Key Responsibilities\*

\#\#\# \*1\. Regional \& Multi\-City Operations Management\*

\* \*Lucknow Core:\* Own the end\-to\-end F\&V supply chain in Lucknow, ensuring seamless daily procurement, grading, sorting, and last\-mile delivery to meet strict quick\-commerce timelines.

\* \*Pan\-North Expansion:\* Oversee, monitor, and optimize operations across the Northern region, with a primary focus on scaling and stabilizing \*Delhi\-NCR operations\*.

\* \*P\&L and Metrics:\* Take ownership of regional KPIs, including order fulfillment rates (OTIF), wastage reduction, gross margins, delivery turnaround time (TAT), and overall regional P\&L.

\#\#\# \*2\. Team Building \& Leadership\*

\* \*Scale the Team:\* Build, mentor, and retain a high\-performing, multi\-city operational team (including city managers, warehouse leads, and field executives).

\* \*Culture \& Performance:\* Establish clear KPIs, foster a culture of accountability, and drive operational excellence across geographically dispersed teams.

\#\#\# \*3\. Supply Chain \& Vendor Management\*

\* \*Sourcing Strategy:\* Establish robust relationships with local mandis, farmers, and aggregators across the North to ensure a consistent supply of high\-quality F\&V.

\* \*Wastage Control:\* Implement strict inventory management protocols to minimize dump and wastage of highly perishable items.

\#\# \*Required Experience \& Qualifications\*

\* \*Experience:\* 6 to 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least \*3\+ years managing multi\-city operations\* in Quick Commerce, E\-Grocery, Agri\-tech, or FMCG (Perishables/F\&V experience is highly preferred).

\* \*Location:\* Must be based in or willing to relocate to \*Lucknow\*, with a readiness to travel frequently across North India (specifically Delhi\-NCR).

\* \*Team Size:\* Proven track record of hiring, training, and managing large, decentralized teams (both white\-collar and blue\-collar).

\* \*Education:\* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Agri\-business. An MBA is a strong plus.

Pay: Up to ₹80,000\.00 per month
