JOB DESCRIPTION For :\-\- RSM (Channel Sales)

Location:\-jalandhar ,punjab

Reporting to\- NSM / GM Sales

Work Experience \- 5\-7 years from similar industry having experience in

appointing dealer \& distributors.

Qualifications\-Minimum Graduates . Well versed in MS Office.

Salary\-80k to 1\.50k

Key responsibilities:\-

Appoint Dealers, Distributors in each district in their territories as per the District Plans finalised by HO.

Achieve Sales Targets in their territory as per the city / dealer distributor sales plan finalised with HO.

To plan and execute the Branding activities in their Territory.

To Appoint and manage a team of Sales executives, TO, ASM in the specified Territory.

Ensure Secondary sales for Dealers / Distributers by their team members.

Payments – Receive and follow up as per the Company Policy.

Ensure Timely customer service to the dealers/ distributer.

Target Industry / Organizations : Industries / Related product line –Hand tools /Power Tools/ V\-Belts / Belt Bearing / Drill / Hand Tools Grinding Wheels / PTA

Target cos: \-\- JK Files, Freemans, Venus, Taparia, Birla Precision , Bipico, KPT, Caborundum – CUMI, Eastman, Deneers.
