Regional Sales Manager

Composit is a leading manufacturer of wear\-resistant piping systems and valves for the mining, processing, and hydromechanization industries.

We have our own legal entity in India and are now restarting our India operations with a clear focus: becoming a top\-5 supplier of dredge pipeline components in India within 2\-3 years.

We are looking for a hungry, hands\-on, and experienced Regional Sales Manager based in Mumbai to lead this effort.

• *Your primary responsibilities will include:**

• Actively prospect and develop relationships with port operators, dredging contractors, mining companies, and EPCs
• Participate in tenders (GeM, port tenders, government contracts)
• Conduct technical presentations, negotiate, and issue commercial proposals
• Achieve monthly KPIs: meetings, qualified leads, tenders submitted, proposals issued
• Work from Mumbai with frequent travel to clients across Maharashtra and beyond

• *What We Are Looking For:**

• B2B sales experience in one of: ports / dredging, mining / heavy industrial equipment, industrial piping, pumps, valves, or slurry transport
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) \+ working Hindi
• Experience with tender participation (government or private)
• Willingness to travel a lot within Mumbai and to remote clients when required
