• *Regional Sales Manager – EV Charging Stations (Kerala)**

PIXELLENERGY SOLUTIONS PVT LTD is building India's universal EV charging network. We set up and operate Pixell\-branded EV charging stations through a franchise model, sell EV charging hardware to businesses, and run a white\-label charge\-point management platform for operators. We operate across Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Telangana; our Kerala team is based at HiLITE Platino, Maradu, Kochi.

• *The Role**

The Regional Sales Manager owns EV charging station sales for the whole of Kerala — building the pipeline, leading the Kerala sales team, closing franchise and hardware deals, and delivering the state's sales and revenue targets. This is a senior, hands\-on role for someone who has already sold EV charging stations.

• *What You Will Do**

• Own the Kerala sales plan and deliver monthly and quarterly targets for franchise stations and charger hardware
• Lead, coach and review the Kerala sales team — Area Sales Managers, Business Development Managers and the tele\-sales desk
• Meet investors, landowners, fuel stations, hotels, malls, dealerships, fleets and institutions across Kerala; present our EV charging solutions, investment and returns
• Drive the sale end to end — site survey, proposal, negotiation, agreement and hand\-over for installation
• Personally close high\-value and strategic deals; build channel and referral partners across all 14 districts
• Track competitors, pricing, KSEB/DISCOM and policy changes
• Keep pipeline, forecasts and client interactions updated in the CRM; report weekly to the Board of Directors

• *Must\-Have (mandatory)**

• Experience in EV charging station sales — mandatory
• Minimum 8 years of sales experience — mandatory
• Fluent English and Malayalam; Hindi preferred but not essential
• Maximum age 45 years
• Willing to travel extensively across Kerala; valid driving licence

• *Compensation**

₹50,000 – ₹75,000 per month based on experience, plus sales incentives and travel allowance. Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
