• *Reporting To: CEO / Management**

• *Job Objective**

• *To drive COMEY's shirt sales across South India by developing a strong distributor network, managing Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and achieving regional sales targets.**

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *1\. Develop and implement sales strategies to expand COMEY's market presence across South India.**

• *2\. Recruit, manage and guide Area Sales Managers across different states.**

• *3\. Identify, appoint and develop distributors in key cities and districts.**

• *4\. Set monthly sales targets for ASMs and distributors and ensure achievement.**

• *5\. Monitor daily sales performance, order generation, collections and distributor outstanding payments.**

• *6\. Build strong relationships with distributors and key market partners.**

• *7\. Identify new markets and business expansion opportunities.**

• *8\. Conduct regular market visits, team reviews and distributor meetings.**

• *9\. Coordinate with production, dispatch and management teams for smooth business operations.**

• *Target \& Performance**

• *\- Initial regional sales target**

• *\- Build and manage a team of Area Sales Managers.**

• *\- Develop an active distributor network across all five South Indian states.**

• *\- Ensure consistent monthly sales growth and timely collections.**

• *Candidate Requirements**

• *\- Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.**

• *\- 10\-15 years of sales management experience.**

• *\- Experience in garments, textiles, apparel or FMCG distribution preferred.**

• *\- Proven experience in distributor appointment and team management.**

• *\- Strong leadership, negotiation and business development skills.**

• *\- Willingness to travel extensively across South India.**
